Pricing

Intake assessments are 60 minutes in duration and charged at a different rate to subsequent appointments.

All subsequent sessions are 50 minutes in duration unless stated otherwise.

Intake sessions: $320 per session within business hours

Subsequent sessions: $300 per session within business hours, $320 per session outside of business hours

Medicare Rebates

We offer services under the Australian Government’s Better Access to Mental Health Care Initiative. You may be able to access medicare rebates, for both in person and Telehealth sessions, if you are eligible for a Mental Health Care plan. If you attend under a Mental Health Care Plan you will be entitled to 10 rebatable sessions per calendar year. The rebate provided for these sessions currently for a Clinical Psychologist is $145.25.

Private Health Insurance

If you are not attending under a Mental Health Care Plan and you have private health insurance, you may be eligible to claim rebates. Please contact your insurance provider for information on your rebates and coverage. You can claim directly with your insurer after your session.

Cancellation Policy

As appointment times are in high demand, we require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or a cancellation fee will be charged. This policy ensures we have adequate time to fill any available spots with waitlisted clients. We do offer Telehealth sessions as an alternative should you be too unwell to travel to attend your session in person.
